Job Description:


Responsible for regularly interfacing with internal customers after sale and may interact with end customers and/or outside suppliers/vendors.
Maintains and may develop positive customer relations and coordinates with other functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
Goals and objectives are assigned by an immediate supervisor.
Work performed depends on others for instruction, guidance, and direction. Deals with routine to moderately complex problems or issues.
