a minimum grade point average of 3.0/4.0. relevant work experience (paid or unpaid)
evidence of practical / technical capability, e.g. internships, summer jobs, hobbies
evidence of extra-curricular activity
Strong communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office software
Desire to learn new skills and take initiative in the learning process
Good problem solving skills with a drive for results
Ability to build peer relationships as well as work independently

Plans and conducts standard engineering assignments
Assignments can be a significant portion of a larger project
