Indicative Job Description The incumbent would be responsible to assist in the following activities :-
 Handling all payments related to vouchers and foreign suppliers
 Purchase liability for domestic and foreign suppliers in SAP
 Clearing of vendors and customers on regular basis in SAP
 Quarterly/Yearly Accounts closing
 Day to day banking transactions
 Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement
 Coordination with branches of the SBU for payment related matters
 Salary payment to employees
 Preparation of cash and cheque payment vouchers, handling of cash
 Preparation of MIS reports
 Checking and timely payment of TDS and Service Tax
 Providing data for TDS & Service Tax, returns etc.
 Any other related jobs as and when assigned
