Qualification The candidate should be a Graduate in any field with Diploma in social work from an AICTE/UGC recognized university/institute. Preference shall be given to candidates who are MSW or MBA [HR] from an AICTE/UGC recognized university/ Institute.
Indicative Job Description The incumbent would be required to do the following:-

  1. Providing support to the Unit HR Head.
  2. Interaction with the union on IR matters.
  3. Ensuring statutory compliances of the factory and keeping a track of the industrial disputes at Labour Courts/Tribunals, etc.
  4. Providing support in Training & Development initiatives at the Unit.
  5. Managing security, contract and outsourced personnel.
  6. Executing administrative jobs including HR & Admin related tenders.
  7. Implementation of HR initiatives.
  8. Maintenance & upkeep of time office in place.

Indicative Job Description The incumbent would be required to do the following:-

  1. Testing of greases and lubricants.
  2. Analysis of raw material required for lubricants manufacturing.
  3. Conducting tests as per national and international test methods.
  4. Sampling from production lines.
  5. Supporting inspectors of Defense and Rlys for sampling and testing of samples in our lab.
  6. Handling sophisticated instruments for testing of lubricating oils.
  7. Documentation of laboratory results as per ISO and NABL requirements.
  8. Maintenance and up-keep of lab equipment and test rigs.
  9. Computer knowledge on MS office.

Candidates providing mailing address of a country other than India, in the application form, will be reimbursed to and fro rail/ Air fare, as per entitlement mentioned above, from the port of arrival in India to the venue of interview by the shortest route as per rules.
  15. The candidate will be required to fill in the Travelling Allowance (TA) form at the Interview centre and submit proof for travel undertaken.
