Position Title Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager/Manager (HR) SBU/Function Corporate HR Department Level & Grade Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager; Junior Management; Executives’ Grade E1/E2/E3
Qualification The applicant must have Post Graduate Qualification in Management with HR specialization* (Only 2 year full time courses will be considered)
Indicative Job Description The incumbent will be responsible for :- 1. Business HR support for all Corporate functions. 2. Responsible for implementation of core HR processes, viz. Organizational Development, PMS, Quality Circle, Learning & Development, SAPHCM, etc. in all Corporate functions. 3. Process owner for Performance Appraisal of all Executives, Officers, Probationers, Executive/Supervisory Trainees. 4. Scan the existing HR processes for suggesting possible scope of improvement; obtain authorization for HR new initiatives and report on progress made / results attained. Process owner for Induction of all Executives. HR Policy matters. The above job description is only indicative and not exhaustive
Experience Profile Minimum 1 year of post qualification relevant experience for Grade E1 as on the date of notification. Minimum 3 years of post qualification relevant experience for Grade E2 as on the date of notification. Minimum 5 years of post qualification relevant experience for Grade E3 as on the date of notification. Preference shall be given to candidates having exposure in the areas mentioned in the indicative job description.
Maximum Age Maximum age as on the date of notification should be 35 years.
