DETAIL OF BALMER LAWRIE AND CO LIMITED DEPUTY MANAGER/ MANAGER [RETAIL MARKETING] RECRUITMENT:

    1. Position Title Deputy Manager / Manager [Retail Marketing]
    2. SBU/Function & Location SBU – Greases & Lubricants, Hyderabad Level & Grade Junior Management; E2/E3
    3. Qualification The applicant should be a Chemical/Mechanical Engineering Graduate Or B.Sc. (Physics/Chemistry) with MBA or PGDBM in Marketing/Sales from an UGC/AICTE recognized University/Institute.
    4. Indicative Job Description The key responsibilities of the incumbent will be:- 1. Proper implementation of the marketing strategy to achieve the annual regional sales target as per the strategic plans 2. Ensure collection in line with credit policy of the division 3. Co-ordinate with the channel sales for development of different brand activities 4. To plan, drive and take active part in Conducting Mechanic/Dealer meets and other market meets to popularise the BALMEROL brand 5. Develop and execute new initiatives towards increasing the Distributors 6. Ensure proper depot management as laid down procedures and rules 7. Communicating to channel partners, various schemes of incentive and promotion 8. Co-ordinate with Production for delivery of customer requirements 9. Ensure compliance of all statutory and other necessary requirements 10. Creation of regional MIS report w.r.t. Sales Trend, Competition, Debtors, Packing analysis and other required/ necessary data to the Head Retail
