Director & More Vacancies

RSETI COORDINATOR : For engagement of ONE RSETI COORDINATOR for SUPERVISING OUR 4 RSETIs, 4 FLCCs, CMPs and TCMPs (Channel Management Partners and Technical Channel Management Partners) in Khandwa Zone, the following terms and conditions to be read and followed by the applicant:
Eligibility for RSETI Coordinator: Bank retired officials, who have retired as Astt General Manager onwards. (Chief Managers in Scale-IV to be considered, but only in exceptional cases) To be engaged on contractual basis for a period of two years and can be renewed based on the performance for a maximum period of altogether three years or attaining the age of 65 years whichever is earlier. Candidate possessing adequate exposure particularly in rural areas/rural lending and who have passion for working for the upliftment of the disadvantaged sections of the society will be the eligible for selection.

Age Criteria: Max 65 years subject to physical fitness.
Job profile: RSETI Co-ordinator will be handling our 4 RSETIs+4FLCCs + all CMPs and TCMPs located in Khandwa Zone of operation under FI and job profie would include: (a) Planning, reviewing, monitoring and driving of overall performance of 4 RSETIs/FLCCs and Monitoring of all the CMPs, TCMPs located in Zone/ area of operation under FI. (b) Planning, reviewing, monitoring and driving Financial Inclusion activities in the area/Zones of operation- particularly from control and risk management perspective.(c) Ownership of Bank’s (KhandwaZone) performance in the three segments RSETIs/FLCs/and Financial Inclusion. (d) Reporting of performance under above three segments to controlling office.
Selection Procedure: The selection is based on performance in the interview. Minimum qualifying marks in the interview will be 60% (60 out of 100 marks). Decision of the Bank in this regard will be final.
Remuneration: The remuneration will be Rs.50,000/- per month.
Fuel Allowance: 25 litres per month In addition to the same, reimbursement fo reasonable expenses incurred for travelling beyond 20 kms will also be considered on actual. Boarding and lodging expenses in deserving cases may also be reimbursed by Zonal Office as per the entitlement fo the Scale/Grade of official at the time of retirement.
Leave: (a) 12 days (b) There is no provision for encashment of leave even after xit of the RSETI Coordinator on any reason/ground. No leave can be accumulated at the end of the calendar year, the leave would lapse. Note:- Bank reserves the right to remove the RSETI coordinator any time even before the expiry period of the contract in case his performance is not up to the Bank’s expectation or otherwise too.

DIRECTOR : For engagement of retired Bank officials as In-charge/Director to oversee overall functioning of RSETIs, the following terms and conditions to be read and followed by the applicant as the Director of RSETIs:
The applicant – a retired Senior Bank Official as in charge for RSETIs will be on contractual basis.
The official should have right aptitude/flair for training and rural development activities and needs special skill.
Retired Bank Officers in MM-III and above (either on VRS or on attaining superannuation) from Bank of India/any other Public Sector Bank/ State Bank of India with minimum 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officers Cadre.
The age should not be above 65 years with sound health.
Qualification Graduate/Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized University.
The applicant should have worked as Branch Manager in any Scale in a rural branch atleast 3 years.
The applicant should possess satisfactory service certificate form the previous employer.
The applicant should be well conversant with the local language.
Officers with rural development background i.e. Agriculture Officer Rural Development Officers/Lead District Manager/Faculty Members of training centers/colleges will be preferred.
Application should be submitted in Bank’s prescribed format and should be submitted with employer bank certificate.
The selection is based on performance in the interview. Decision of the Bank in this regard will be final.
The candidate will be engaged on contract basis for a period of 1 year. Renewal may be possible at Bank’s sole discretion in terms of extant policies and rules.
The contract may be either side by giving one month notice.
The remuneration shall be fixed as the last pay and allowances drawn by hte officer less the amount of pension to be drawn/being drawn by him/her or Rs.30,000/- per month, whichever is less.
Reimbursement of TA/DA for travelling as per requirement for the post shall be made as per the scale/grade in which he was working at the time of his VRS/Superannuation. No other allowances/reimbursement of expenses will be admissible.

FACULTY : For engagement of FACULTY (Two faculty members for each RSETI) for our RSETI at Khandwa, Burhanpur, Khargone & Barwani, the following terms and conditions to be read and followed by the applicant:
Eligibility for Faculty: Minimum Graduation. Dip in vocational courses/guidance preferable
How to apply: Application should be submitted in Bank’s prescribed format available in our Website with necessary documents. (Annx1- For All Applicants, Annx-2 & Annx-3 additionally for retired employees of PSU banks)
No. of Posts: Two faculty members for each RSETI on contractual basis for Two years period. Provision for further renewal based on the satisfactory performance conduct/behaviour and for a minimum period of 5 years subject to maximum age of 65 years. The contract may be terminated by either side by giving one months notice.
Age Criteria: Min 25 years Max 65 years subject to physical fitness.
Experience: (i) 2 years as in-house Faculty or visiting faculty. Shall possess good flair/computing skill/knowledge in Computer etc. (ii) Candidate should preferable be resident of local area.
Selection Procedure: The selection is based on performance in the interview. Minimum qualifying marks in the interview will be 50% (50 out of 100 marks). Decision of the Bank in this regard will be final.
Remuneration: The remuneration will be Rs.20,000/- per month. Actual travelling expenses: Maximum Rs.250/- per diem, for taking on the job training wherever required at site, other than the institute, to be approved by RSETI IN Charge/ Director based on the reasonability of the same.
Leave: (a) 12 days in a calendar year to be availed with prior approval of RSETI director, maximum 4 days on each occasion. (b) There is no provision for encashment of leave even after exit of the faculty on any reason/ground. No leave can be accumulated at the end of the calendar year, the leave would lapse.
Last date for submission of application is 20.06.2014 The date of interview will be decided with due consultation with higher authorities and committee for the same.

OFFICE ASSISTANT : For engagement of Office Assistant (one at each RSETI on contractual basis for Two years) at Khandwa, Burhanpur, Khargone & Barwani, the following terms and conditions to be read and followed by the applicant:
Eligibility: Minimum Graduation with basic knowledge of accounts

Age Criteria: Min 18 years Max 45 years
Selection Procedure: The selection is based on performance in the interview. Decision of the Bank in this regard will be final.
Remuneration: The remuneration will be Rs.15,000/- per month.
Leave: (a) 12 days in a calendar year to be availed with prior approval of RSETI director, maximum 4 days on each occasion. (b) There is no provision for encashment of leave even after exit of the Office Assistant on any reason/ground. No leave can be accumulated at the end of the calendar year, the leave would lapse.
Exit Policy: 1 months’ notice form either side.

COUNSELLOR : For engagement of retired bank officials as in charge to oversee overall functioning of FLCs, the following terms and conditions to be read and followed by the applicant as The Counsellor of FLCs:
The applicant should have retired on attaining superannuation from Bank’s service as officer in MM II and above as In Charge for FLCCs will be on contractual basis.
His integrity should not have been doubtful during his service in the Bank.
Counsellors are expected to counsel the public in all issues related with financial institutions, proficiency in local language (reading, writing, speaking and understanding ) is essential.
Remuneration per month shall be fixed Rs.12000/-
The official should have right aptitude/flair for training and rural development activities and needs special skill.
The age should not be above 65 years with sound health.
Qualification Graduate/Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized University.
The applicant should possess satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer.
The applicant should be well conversant with the local language.
Application should be submitted in Bank’s prescribed format and should be submitted with employer bank certificate.
The selection is based on performance in the interview. Decision of the Bank in this regard will be final.
