The NCS – SBU of Bharat Electronics Ltd., Ghaziabad (a Navaratna Company and India’s premier Professional Electronics Company), requires the following outstanding personnel, for execution of major Projects on PAN India basis.

NO. OF POSTS: Deputy Manager  07 (Posts), Deputy General Manager 01 (Posts)

SCALE OF PAY: Deputy Manager – 24900 – 3% – 50500/- Deputy General Manager – 32900 – 3% – 58000/-

QUALIFICATION: BE/B.Tech (Civil) First class in the indicated discipline for General and OBC candidates. Pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

AGE LIMIT: Deputy Manager -37 years, Deputy General Manager – 45 years

EXPERIENCE : Deputy Manager – Minimum 6 years of post qualification work experience in Project Planning. Site co-ordination, estimation, execution of Industrial infrastructure and underground complexes, continuous casting of RCC slabs, SOIL/ROCK stabilization during excavation, Quality Control Procedure, co-ordination of Inter-disciplinary activities, billing, exposure to AutoCAD and Microsoft Project. Analysis and review of all project related activities with reference to time frame, resource allocation and scheduling. Dealing and Co-ordination with various contractors/vendors/agencies for execution of work at sites. Minimum 5 years of post qualification work experience for candidates having full time ME/M.Tech degree in Civil Discipline.

Deputy General Manager – Minimum 15 years post qualification work experience in the field of Project management / EPC / Infrastructure, The candidate should have relevant experience in construction related activities i.e execution / supervision of construction works involving excavation and earthwork, piling, road works, RCC framed building works, RCC works in deep foundations, foundation of structures for heavy equipment, industrial infrastructure and underground complexes, mass concreting of heavily reinforced structures and large value civil engineering projects etc. Candidate should have handled contracts and closing of projects. Alternatively candidate should have experience in design, experience in coordinating with various agencies involved like client, consultants, contractors, Page 2 of 3 Estimation, Tendering, Rate analysis etc. Knowledge of CPWD conditions of contract and Specifications will be an added advantage. Candidates having proficiency in use of Computer will be preferred.
