The upper age limit indicated at column no: 7 above, is for candidates belonging to General category. The upper age limit will be relaxable by 3 years for OBC candidates, 5 years for SC/ST and PWD candidates.
Reservations will be as per Government directives.

QUALIFICATION:
Graduate Degree and First class in MSW/MBA (2 years fulltime with specialization in HRM/Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) / First class in Postgraduate Degree / Postgraduate Diploma (2 years fulltime) in HRM / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognised University / Institute. Pass class in the above disciplines will be considered for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.

EXPERIENCE:
For the post of Officer (HR), relevant post qualification experience of 1-2 years is desirable. For the post of Assistant Manager (HR), relevant post qualification experience of 3 years is essential.

MODE OF SELECTION:
The selection for the above posts will be through written test followed by interview of shortlisted candidates.
General Information In addition to Basic Pay, other allowances like Dearness allowance, HRA, 48% of the basic pay as perquisites, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Group Insurance, PF, Gratuity, as per company rules will be part of the remuneration package.
Application of GEN/OBC candidates should be accompanied by a crossed Demand Draft drawn on any scheduled bank (preferably SBI) for Rs.500/- . SC / ST/PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fees. Candidates working in PSUs / Govt. organizations should submit the application through proper channel or produce No Objection Certificate at the time of the interview.
Outstation SC/ST/PWD candidates will be reimbursed II class to and fro train fare by the shortest route (from their correspondence address) for attending the written test/interview. Candidates belonging to Gen/OBC category will be reimbursed train fare, if they are short listed for the interview.
