BHARATIYA MAHILA BANK LTD., (hereinafter referred to as BMB) the first women’s public sector bank in India had become operational from 19th November, 2013 and is presently having -90- branches. The Bank is wholly owned by the Govt. of India with a capital of ` 1,000 crores. In order to strengthen the Internal Customer Grievances Redressal System, applications are invited from Indian citizens who are retired General Managers/ Dy. General Managers of Scheduled Commercial Banks, for engagement of Chief Customer Service Officer on contract basis in Bharatiya Mahila Bank Ltd. on 3 years’ contract & on CTC basis.

AGE Not more than 62 years

ELIGIBILITY i. The applicant should be a retired banker and should not have been less than the rank of a Dy. Gen. Manager of a Scheduled Commercial Bank at the time of retirement. ii. The applicant should not have worked in any capacity in Bharatiya Mahila Bank Ltd. iii. He/ She should should have exposure in working of more than three areas of operations in banking, such as general banking, credit, forex operations, treasury, govt. business, merchant banking, credit card operations etc.

CONTRACT PERIOD The initial tenure of contract will be 3 years and necessary extension may be granted as per the discretion of the Bank.

REMUNERATION ` 60,000/- per month subject to deduction of taxes. The following additional facilities, at par with the executives in the grade TEG/S-VI of our Bank shall be payable: 1. Telephone/ Mobile expenses 2. In case of outstation duty, eligible Travelling, Halting allowance shall be paid.

LEAVE 12 days’ leave per year, out of which not more than 04 can be taken at a time. Balance of the unavailed leave shall not be allowed to be carried over to the next year.

OTHER SERVICE CONDITIONS Working hours shall be the usual hours as applicable on all days except Sundays and holidays declared under N.I. Act. The provisions of PF/ Gratuity/ Pension etc., shall not apply in the case of CCSO. The contract can be terminated by either of the parties by giving 30 days’ notice or pay in lieu thereof. The management also reserves the right to terminate the contract on the grounds of any commission and/ or omission of acts, if any observed which are detrimental to the interest of the Bank in any manner. The CCSO will not take up any assignment with any other organization during the period of contract with the Bank. The CCSO will not exercise any administrative/ financial powers during the period of engagement. The CCSO will not divulge/ make public any information/ decision made by him/ her during the course of execution of his/ her duty.

JOB PROFILE The Chief Customer Service Officer is required to act as the Internal Ombudsman of the Bank to strengthen the grievances redressal mechanism and to reduce the complaints to the Banking Ombudsman. He/ she shall be the focal point for Internal Grievances Redressal System of the Bank. In addition to the aforesaid, any other related job assigned to him/ her by the Higher Authorities. 

Selection Procedure :

Candidates can apply on or before     29/2/2016.

Selection will be based on Personal Interview.

Candidates will be short-listed for Personal interview, based on their qualification and work experience. The qualification shall be from a recognized university.

The educational qualification and work experience prescribed for the post is the minimum. Candidates possessing more than the prescribed work experience in the relevant discipline shall get preference.

Carefully fill in the necessary details in the Application Form at the appropriate places.

MODE OF PAYMENT:- Candidates only have the option of remitting fees through Demand Draft. The non-refundable DD of the fees for ` 600/- should be in favour of “BMBL-Recruitment of Officers- Project 2016” payable at New Delhi.

Without call letter the candidates will not be allowed to appear for Interview.

Candidates are, advised to keep the copy of the duly filled application form & DD for future use.

The name of the candidate and his/ her father/ husband etc. should be spelt in the application exactly as it appears in the certificates/ mark sheets. Any change/ alteration found may disqualify the candidature.
