Executive Talent Acquisition:
This Role requires extensive out station travelling to various store locations to complete the Team Member manpower requirements.

Principle Accountabilities:
list the expected end results that must be achieved in order to fulfill your job purpose and the activities that help in achieving these results.

1. Activation/Sourcing:
Feet on Street with support of Pamphlets to create awareness and generate candidate walk-in at Hiring Centers,
To visit Meat Shops, Fruit & Vegetable Market, small Bakery shops, weekly temp. markets, low end residential colonies, nearby villages etc. to source candidates for TM job.
To Meet all perspective candidates and inform them about the job opportunity & Role in detail.
To participate in the local Job Fair / Mass Recruitment Mela activities to source candidates.
To handle all telephonic enquiries which come through banner/ poster / New Paper Advertisement references

2. Managing the Daily Operation of the Hiring Center:
To provide all required job related details to candidates (Job Profile, Shift Timing, Salary Details, training & growth opportunities etc).
To ensure that candidates properly fill up the prescribed Application Form & provide complete details about their ID/Address/Age proof.
To issue the Letter of Intent to pre-screened candidates and schedule them for Pre Employment Orientation Session.
To support the Trainer in verifying candidates ID/Address/Age proof documents (Original & photocopies)
To support the Trainer in Issuing the Deferred Letter to the selected candidates (post the final interview by SHR partner & Store Manager).
To coordinate with Business HR for New Store Staffing and escalate gaps (if any) to the Area Project Lead.
To support in managing the Candidate Database & prepare a daily walk-in report in the prescribed MS-Excel format.
To ensure that selected candidates attend the pre-employment medical checkup at the company designated medical center.
To inform & confirm the candidates about their reporting to the joining venue as per the pre confirmed timelines.

3. Replacement Hiring:
To support in the backfill hiring of attired TMs within a stipulated turnaround time (TAT).
To support New Requisition for any existing store within a stipulated turnaround time (TAT)

4. Process & Statutory Compliance:
To strictly follow the Standard Operating Process (SOP) in the overall hiring process which starts from sourcing of TM to joining process.
To support in initiating the necessary compliance related activities for all candidates. Example: back ground check (BGC)
