Detail of  Bihar Gramin Bank (BGB) Retired Officers Recruitment:

We are proposing to empanel good and experienced retired officers of our Bank for Concurrent Audit of our selected branches. Eligible criteria will be as under:

  1. The age of retired officer should be within 64 years as on the date of empanelment.
  2.  The officer must have a good exposure as Branch Head and as an officer in the controlling offices and had retired with respect and dignity in officer cadre.
  3.  Officer should have sound health i.e. he must be medically fit for doing the Audit work of different branches, willing to work in any branch if allotted, and presently not engaged fully in any gainful activity.
  4. The retired officer should have an unblemished track record.
  5. The empanelment shall be initially for a period of one (1) year. Thereafter it would be subjected to fresh renewal every year on the sole discretion of the Bank.
  6.  On allotment of branch for Concurrent Audit, a fixed remuneration of Rs.8000/- (Rupees eight thousand only) per month per branch will be payable to him.
  7.  The empanelled retired officer may be de-empanelled at the sole discretion of the Bank. On allotment of branch if the performance of the retired officer as Concurrent Auditor is found unsatisfactory, their engagement may be cancelled at any point of time without assigning any reason.
  8.  Other terms and conditions will be informed at the time of final allotment of branches for Audit work.
  9.  Last date for submission of application is on or before 12.08.2015.
  10.  Final selection for empanelment will be done on the basis of performance of applicants in the interview.
