Providing critical software, hardware, network trouble-shooting, assisting customers in the maintenance and support of both the Bloomberg Professional Service and supplementary electronic trading platforms within their own internal networks.
You will also be asked to work with other departments such as sales, analytics, installations, and networks in order to ensure a seamless level of outstanding customer service.
