Position:Staff Technical Supp Analyst Role
Candidates should possess B.E/B.Tech/BS degree from a recognised university.
Good command on Unix administration including scripting/patching etc.
Good command on Windows administration including scripting/patching etc.
Knowledge/experience in basic SQL, PLSQL and programming.
Knowledge/experience handling Oracle/SQL-Server DB.
Basic knowledge of networking/proxy/firewalls.
Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills
Ability to articulate technical concepts in written form for emails, technical papers, and technical presentations.
Ability to comfortably and intelligently discuss technical concepts with individuals from various technical backgrounds
As an Technical Support Engineer you will assist internal and external customers with their use of the company’s products. Communicate with customers and R&D to troubleshoot issues, isolate the root cause, and deliver solutions or implement workarounds.
The highly technical nature of our products requires an individual with a solid foundation of technical skills and an aptitude for understanding complex technical concepts.
Manage support requests and customer expectations throughout the support process to ensure customer success and satisfaction
