Position: Application Support Team Member
Education: Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
Experience: 1-3 yrs
Provide a centralized support for any issue occuring on trade Applincations used for daily operations. Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Tests (UAT) in the following context: fix deliveries to production bugs, deployment at BPO for new applications or new versions of existing applications (planning, testing, actions of contributors, escalation in case of delays,alerts…..)
Qualify bugs in an adequate and complete manner, analyze their imapct on production and provide stakeholders with the corresponding detailed visibility.
Organize applications administration and jurisdiction roled provided by AST team for both UATs and Production Environments.
Interact with Support teams for decision making, notably Risk and Performance team (monitoring of BPO activity) and support Change Management team locally and with IT Support team in Singapore, Gulf, NYK IT and Paris.
To act as a single point of contact for Back and Middle offices in ensuring that the operating systems, primarily Filenet and Ivision at both ends are ‘fully functional’ so that the production process on the trade BPO floor runs unhindered and smoothly.
To ensure due registration/recording and analysis of all the day-to-day production issues in respective tracker systems and escalate to appropriate/respective Regional IT setups responsible for maintaining the systems related to different sites.
Participate to forums
Will also be responsible to raise business cases and business requirement documents for enhancement and modification in said systems.
Responsible for escalating issues on any other systems interfaced with regular Trade Finance systems viz BO Reports, Connexis Trade, Atleas 2, Swift
Graduation in commerce
Years of Experience reqd – 2-4 years
Trade finance Operations background (Min 1-3 yrs)
Technical IT background (if available)
