Candidate should possess any degree from a recognised university.
Candidate should have worked in International Voice process for minimum 6 months.
Should be able to handle 40+ calls per day
Should have Excellent Communication skills
Should be strong in Technical areas,Troubleshooting on Windows OS, Printer, Outlook configurations and Active Directory
Should be ready to work in call taking process(L1 support)
