We have an urgent requirements for Service Desk Executive/ IT Helpdesk Coordinator for Mumbai location.
CTC-1.22- 1.70 LAC P.A
Logging of user calls and generating/raising ticket, allocating the calls to the engineers.
Coordinating with the seniors & internal team members.
Need to have 0.6 Month-1 year and above experience of Helpdesk/Call logging
Good in communication & presentation skills.
