Understanding customer queries, able to analyze the issue & providing prompt solutions
Experience in technical support would be an added advantage.
Any Bachelors degree or demonstrated skill and/or related industry experience.
Proactive, with the ability to work on his/her own initiative
Willingness to learn & ability to grasp
Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
Must have logical thinking
Willingness to work in international time zones
Ensure a case is followed-up promptly & closed when qualified
Ability to draft emails with flawless precision
