Work Location: Chennai, India.
Credit & Collections representatives working in our Call Centre carry out the crucial function of Claims Follow-Up and Denial Management on behalf of our Clients. Several thousand direct B2B calls are made to US Health Insurance companies each night to update and resolve the status of outstanding claims on the Client Software. Clients based in the US work closely with our teams, to be able to expedite timely recover of Health care expenses met by Doctors and Hospitals.
Placing calls to the insurance companies to obtain status of the medical bill
Document the outcome of the call and analysis as per the requirement being trained on.
Taking action based on the call outcome/analysis as per instructions provided
Work closely with the team leads and quality resources to deliver SLA.
Apply the training knowledge to the day to day work
