Name of the Post : MIS Specialist (Management Information System)
No of Post : 01
Qualification & Experince : BE / B.Tech Computer Science / Electronics, MCA in IT, MSc in Computer Science. 1. Minimum of tive years experience in government/semi govt/autonomous organisations/private Company of repute. Should have exposure to software development & project management, database management, MIS ete, 2. Ability to Work in a team and train staff on the job to use the systems and assist in day to day issues related to IT. 4. Fluency in English and local language essential.
Remuneration :Rs.53000/- p.m.

Name of the Post : Town Planning Specialist
No of Post : 01
Qualification & Experience :1. Master Degree in Planning with specialisation in Urban Planning.2.Minimum of five years Work experience in Urban Planning with experience of urban infrastructure projects. 3.Experience of reforms oriented projects is desirable. 4.Fluency in English and local language essential.
Remuneration : Rs.43000/-p.m.

Name of the Post : Procurement Specialist
No of Post : 01
Qualification & Experience : 1. Civil Engineering degree with experience in procurement and project preparation and management. 2.Skills to assist ULBs in ensuring that standard documentation and detailed operating procedures for procurement, contract management ete. are in place. Specifically: Detailing specifications, compiling terms of reference, packaging bidding material, defining evaluation criteria, preparing standard forms of contract, designing payment certiñcates. These procedures inust reñect niodern procurement practices, suitably adjusted for the RAY context and the existing Government practices.3. Ability and experience to advice SLNA/ULBS on any contract under dispute With action plan and timetable for resolution.4. Any earlier involvement with INNURM will be an added advantage.
Remuneration : Rs.53000/-

Name of the Post : State Mission Manager – Shelter & Social infrastructure

Qualification & Experience : 1.Two Year full time post graduate Diploma in Management / MBA or Master Degree in any other relevant discipline With 5 years experience OR 2.Graduate from Govt. recognized institutes with 8 years of experience in poverty reduction programmes including involving social development and establishment / monitoring / maintenance of community infrastructure. 3.The Candidate should be proñcient with MS Ofñce; should have acknowledged capability in partnership management; strong analytical, Conceptual & strategic thinking skills; ability to handle large scale planning, handling MIS etc., experience of working With government institutions Will be given preference.
Remuneration : Approximately Rs.40,000/-p.m.

Name of the Post : State Mission Manager – Financial inclusion & Micro Enterprises

Qualification & Experience : Two Year full time post graduate Diploma in Management / MBA or Master Degree in any other relevant discipline with 5 years experience OR Graduate from Govt. recognized institutes with 8 years of experience in dealing with credit linkage social security and/or Micro enterprises promotion in Poverty reduction programmes/financial inclusion. The Candidate should be proficient with MS Office; should have acknowledged capability in partnership management; strong analytical, Conceptual & strategie thinking skills; ability t0 handle large scale planning, handling MIS ete., experience of Working with goverment institutions will be given preference.
Remuneration : Approximately Rs.40,000/-p.m.

Name of the Post : State Mission Manager – HR & Capacity Building
No of Post : 01
Qualification & Experience : 1. Two Year full time post graduate Diploma in Management / MBA or Master Degree in any other relevant discipline with 5 years experience OR 2. Graduate from Govt. recognized institutes with 8 years of experience in Staff recruitment training and capacity building work with state level projects. 3. The Candidate should be proficient with MS. Office; should have acknowledged capability in partnership management; strong analytical, conceptual & strategie thinking skills; ability to handle large scale planning, handling MIS etc., experience of working with government institutions will be given preference. 4. The Candidate should have, in addition to the above mentioned competencies acknowledged capabilities in client management g excellent negotiation skills ; ability to handle large scale recruitment ; developing a theme based capacity building strategy and modules etc.,.
Remuneration : Approximately Rs.40,000/-p.m.

More Details:
Tenure of Contract: All the above posts are temporary in nature and coterminous with the Rajiv Awas Yojana and National Urban Livelihoods Mission Schemes.
Age Limit: Should not have completed 45 years on the date notiñcation.
Preference: Doctoral Degree in the respective fields.
