Detail of  Educational Consultants India Limited (EdCIL) Advisor Recruitment:

EdCIL (India) Limited is a profit making Mini Ratna PSE under Ministry of Human Resource Development and a significant PSU player in the field of educational consultancy. Over the years, it has emerged as a reputed global consultancy and project executing agency. EdCIL intends to engage competent retired professionals as Advisors in IT/ICT & Civil disciplines on contractual basis. The professionals should have experience in relevant areas in PSUs/ Government and are well acquainted with Government / CPSE processes and rules in the respective discipline. The Contract is for an initial period of 06 months on a consolidated fee/ remuneration of Rs. 71,500/- (inclusive of all) per month. Advisor (Civil) will be entitled for conveyance facility due to his nature of duties including Business Development and Business Delivery . In case of candidates drawing pension, the remuneration will not exceed the ceiling of Last Pay (Basic Pay + Grade Pay) + DA drawn minus Basic Pension. The period may be extended following relevant extant rules based on the performance of the candidate. The age should not be above 62 years as on 01.11.2015. The eligibility criteria are as under:

Advisor (Civil) 1 BE/B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or equivalent or Ph.D in relevant area Minimum 13 years post-qualification experience in Managerial Cadre (E-VI) in any PSUs or of the rank of Deputy Secretary/Director or above in the Govt. departments specifically dealing in planning and execution of large Civil Construction projects.
