In order to develop a viable ESCO industry, Ministry of Power has set up Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL), a Joint Venture of NTPC Limited, PFC, REC and POWERGRID to facilitate implementation of energy efficiency projects. Within very few years of its inception EESL has made rapid strides in the area of Demand Side Management. Besides, being a leader in the arena, the company is now becoming a household name through its energy efficiency initiatives. The company is entering into a new phase of growth through diversification of its activities. In order to add impetus on its growth path, Energy Efficiency Services Limited is looking for bright, committed and energetic professionals with rich experience, at various senior and middle level positions as detailed below:

In such cases the minimum qualification criteria can be relaxed. E8, 51300-73000 52 years
General Manager-Fin 01 CA/ ICWA 24 years of postqualification experience with exposure in Resource Mobilization, issuance of bonds, IPO/FPO. OR Experience of at least 3 years at the level of Director to Government of India in the CDA pay scale of Rs.37400-67000 Grade Pay 8700. In such cases the minimum qualification criteria can be relaxed. E8, 51300-73000 52 years
Additional General Manager-Tech 3 Bachelor in Engineering/ Technology (full time) preferably with MBA and/or certificate of Energy Auditor/Energ y Manager from the BEE 18 years of postqualification experience out of which at least 3 years in areas of power sector/ energy efficiency/electrical appliances OR Experience of at least 1 year at the level of Director/ Dy Secretary to Government of India in the CDA pay scale of Rs.37400-67000 Grade Pay 8700. In such cases the minimum qualification criteria can be relaxed. E7, 51300-73000 47 years
Deputy General Manager- Tech E6, 43200-66000 Bachelor in Engineering/ Technology (full time) preferably with MBA and/or certificate of Energy Auditor/ Energy Manager from the BEE 14 years of postqualification experience (out of which atleast 3 years in areas of power sector/ energy efficiency/electrical appliances). E6, 43200-66000 47 years
Deputy General Manager- IT. 01 Bachelor in Engineering/ Technology (full time) with specialization in IT/Computer Science or MCA(full time) 14 years of postqualification experience in relevant field (Preferably with experience in implementation of ERP/SAP). E6, 43200-66000 47 years
Senior Manager -Tech 02 Bachelor in Engineering/ Technology (full time) preferably with MBA and/or certificate of Energy Auditor/Energy Manager from the BEE 10 years of postqualification experience (out of which atleast 3 years in areas of power sector/ energy efficiency/electrical appliances). Manager (IT) 01 Bachelor in Engineering/ Technology (full time) with specialization in IT/Computer Science or MCA(full time) 7 years of postqualification experience in relevant field (Preferably with experience in implementation of ERP/SAP). E4,32900-58000 42 years
