Job Description:


Review the waivers granted for late fee for accuracy of the reason selected, conduct
surveillance on accounts where Rehab was conducted or attempted to be done to check if Rehab
was required and done correctly.
Surveillance on payments posted on accounts to check if the payment posted to the right account, for the correct amount and within the timeline against Critical to Compliance parameters.
Report any issues observed or questions that might arise during the course of review.
Promptly notify the team manager upon identifying any issues, during the course of review
which might require escalation.
Achieve individual productive goals as set by the business.
Adherence to Quality & Compliance parameters.
Be compliant to business policies, processes & procedures


Candidate Profile:


Excellent computational & communication skills.
Knowledge and understanding of the credit card industry.
Good time management skills.
Candidates who are Experienced and Freshers can be considered.
For internal candidates the guideline of overall 18 months in the company with 12 months in current role
Internal candidate should have been rated at least a Strong Contributor in their last EMS and should not be on active formal or above corrective.
Good team player.
