Administrative Cum Accounts Assistants/Mission Manager
The Mission Director (GSULM) Goa desires to fill the following categories of posts purely on Contract basis initially for a period of two years under NULM Programme, GSULM, Panaji – Goa. The educational qualification and other requirements as given below:

Name of the Post : Mission Manager – Social Mobilisation and
Institution Development, Shelters and Social Infrastructure, Skills and Livelihoods.
No of Post : 01
Qualification : Two year full time Post graduate diploma in Management/MBA or Masters in any other relevant discipline with 5 years of experience Or Graduate from government recognized institutes with 8 years experience in Social Development work with poverty reduction programmes, involving social development and establishment/monitoring/
maintenance of community infrastructures., involving social development and establishment/monitoring/ maintenance of community infrastructures, implementation of skill training and placement programmes with considerable size and scale.
Competencies : The person should be Proficient with MS office, should have acknowledge capabilities in partnership management; strong analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking skills; ability to handle large scale planning, handling MIS etc. Experience of working with government institutions will be given preference.
Remuneration : Rs.45,000/-

Name of the Post : Mission Manager (Finance Inclusion & Micro Enterprises, HR & Capacity Building)
No of Post : 01
Qualification : Two year full time Post graduate diploma in Management/MBA or Masters in any other relevant discipline with 5 years of experience Or Graduate from government recognized institutes with 8 years experience in dealing with credit linkages, social security and/or micro enterprises promotion in poverty reduction programmes/financial institutions, experience in staff recruitment, training and capacity building work with state level projects.
Competencies : The person should have, in addition to the above mentioned competencies, acknowledged capabilities in client management; excellent negotiation skills; ability to handly large scale recruitment; developing a theme based capacity building strategy and modules etc.
Remuneration : Rs.45,000/-

Name of the Post : Mission Manager (MIS & ME)
No of Post : 01
Qualification : Two year full time Post Graduate diploma / Masters in Computer Science, M.Sc. (computer science), B.Tech (computer science) or MCA from government recognized institute/ university with at least 5 years of experience in designing and implementation of MIS and ME for large development projects, preferably poverty reduction projects and full understanding of Data Analysis Technique.
Competencies : The person should have, in addition to the above
mentioned competencies, very good documentation skills and should be very good at preparation of reports, Proficient with Project Management software; Database Management systems;
website development and management
Remuneration : Rs.45,000/-

Name of the Post : Administrative Cum Accounts Assistants
No of Post : 03
Qualification : Graduate / Post graduate with minimum 5 years experience in similar field.
Competencies : The person should have experience in Administration & Accounts matter, Tally, knowledge of Computer and good communication skills.
Remuneration : Rs.25,000/-

Conditions:
The age limit for all these posts shall not exceed 50 years.
Knowledge of Konkani.
The selected candidate will be stationed in different parts of the State for field duties
The selected candidate shall have no claim in future for absorption in any regular job in State Govt. Service.
This appointment is under National Urban Livelihood Mission Programme of MoHUPA, Govt. of India and the jobs shall be purely on contract basis and will not be regularized.
