Responsible for end to end coordination and ensuring smooth flow of operations and ensuring that the support needs as defined by business are met within the desired time frames.
Responsible for AMC renewals, generating value added services & upgrading business from existing customers.
Ensuring that all calls are received, logged, assigned and closed as per the defined SLA time-frames and reporting formats.
Responsible for managing customer escalations, customer problems, account conflict and participates in important negotiations with key customers.
Exceedingly achieve customer satisfaction (C-SAT) on all delivery parameters.
Through a planned schedule of customer visits, continually looks for opportunities for the sale of HCL Insys Products, Solutions and Support Services.
People Management & Development
Responsible for manpower planning, selecting and retaining competitive manpower.
Responsible for performance management of the team
BE+ MBA (Operations) with min 60% marks in 10th, 12th, Graduation & PG of 2012 or 2013 batch
The candidate must have cleared all examinations in first attempt (Class 10, Class 12, Graduation & PG)
