Should be graduate qualified.
At least one year of relevant experience required

Experience in financial services industry preferred

Job Description:

Sourcing profiles from the various job sites like and
Validating the short listed profiles, by talking to the candidates and screening them on basic parameters like communication skills, educational eligibility, interests and preferences, current availability and salary expectations
Scheduling Interviews. This include mass lineup for bulk requirement. Completing pre interview formalities like conducting aptitude tests and the basic documentation.
Maintaining database which has candidates details like test scores, qualification, contact nos and other essential information.
Prepare Fitment for the selected candidates in the online fitment tool.
Handing over appointment letter to the selected candidates. Coordinating with the candidates for their pre employment medical tests.
Following up with the candidates for the date of joining and assist in completing joining formalities.
Help the Manager to maintain the MIS on Appraisal Forms, and various HR initiatives like Upward Feedback, Voice of Employees.
