Job Description:


Provide secretarial and administrative support, which includes official documents, correspondence and other materials
Screen telephone calls and record messages.
Coordinate arrangement of meetings, internally and externally.
Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the departments daily operations
Direct all mails and correspondences to the respective managers and departments
Prepare presentation materials and reports in MS Office.
Support the senior team members in departmental objectives and administrative work as and when required.

Any Graduate preffered.
Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Adept in MS Office.
Ability to work independently and accurately.
Should possess good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
