Detail of  High Court of Delhi (HCD) Law Researcher Recruitment:

Applications are invited from Indian Nationals born on or. after 01.01.1988 for appointment to one post of Law Researcher in the Academy on a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 25,009/- per m~nth, initially for a period of one year on contract basis. The contract will automatically stand terminated on the completion of contract period. The renewal/extension of the contract for a p’eriod as per the Appointing Authority may conceder appropriate, shall be at the sole discretion on the Appointing Authority. Short listed candidates’ will be called for an Interview on a date to be intimated later.

The candidate must be a Law Graduate from a recognized university and those who have written the final law examination and their result is awaited, may also apply. However, the candidates will have to prod~ce proof of having passed the final law examination at the time of interview. The application giving necessary particulars Le. :­ 1. Selection Procedure for  High Court of Delhi (HCD) – Law Researcher Post:

Any ethical breach by a Law Researcher will be viewed seriously and will disentitle the Law Researcher from receiving a certificate. In case of the candidate enrolled with the Bar Council, if it becomes necessary, the breach will also be reported to the Bar Council conc’erned. ‘ The candidates should bear in mind while applying for the post that he/she may be required to work even beyond the Office hours for which no over time shall be payable. No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates called for interview. The number of vacancy may be increased as per the requirement of this Office.
