DETAIL OF HIMACHAL PRADESH PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (HPPSC) ACCOUNTS OFFICER & MORE VACANCIES RECRUITMENT:

Online Recruitment Applications (ORA) are invited from the desirous and eligible candidates for recruitment to various posts in various Departments of Himachal Pradesh Government up to 5th March, 2015 till 11:59 P.M

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR (NEPHROLOGY) CLASS-I (GAZETTED):

        1. No of post : 02 posts (UR) (01 backlog post for Dr. RPGMC, Tanda & 01 post for IGMC, Shimla)
        2. Pay Scale: Rs.37400-67000/- + Rs.8900/- (Grade Pay)
        3. Age : 45 Years
        4. Essential Qualifications:- (i) A recognized medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or part-II of the third schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act-1956. Holders of educationalqualification(s) included in part-II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section-13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Post-graduate and post-doctoral degrees as mentioned in Part-A of Annexure-II or its equivalent qualifications in the concerned Superspecialty. (iii) At least 3 years teaching experience as Lecturer / Registrar / Demonstrator/ Resident after doing post-graduation in the concerned specialty in any recognized Medical College. Note-I: All Medical Teachers must possess a basic University or equivalent qualifications included in the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. They should also be registered under the State Central Medical Registration Act. Note-II: Two/ three years degree course while doing D.M. / M.Ch. shall be counted as teaching experience for the purpose of appointment as Assistant Professor (Super Specialty).
        5. Desirable qualifications:- (i) Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh. (ii) Publication of research papers in Index journals.

PRINCIPAL, CLASS-I (GAZETTED) (ON CONTRACT BASIS), COLLEGE OF AYURVEDIC PHARMACEUTICALS SCIENCES, JOGINDERNAGAR

        1. No of post :01
        2. Contractual amount: Rs.23,400/- per month.
        3. Age: 45 years and below.
        4. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:- (i) Post Graduate Degree in Ayurveda Sciences in any one subject of Ayurveda i.e. Kayachikitsa, Shalya Tantra, Shalkya Tantra, Samhita & basic principles, Prasuti Tantra & Stri Roga, Ras Shastra & Bhaishjya Kalpna, Dravyaguna Vigyana, Sharir Kriya, Sharir Rachana, Rog Nidan, Swastha Vrita, Agad Tantra, Panchkarma and Kumar Bharitya etc. from any recognized University established by law or the degree recognized by CCIM/H.P Government. However, Ph.D Degree in Ayurveda Sciences in any one subject of Ayurveda mentioned above from any recognized University established by law or the degree recognized by CCIM/ H.P. Government shall be given preference. (ii) At least 15 years teaching experience in a recognized Ayurveda College after acquiring Post Graduate degree in Ayurveda Sciences in any one subject of Ayurveda.
        5. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION:- Knowledge of customs/ manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in Himachal.

LECTURER IN SAMHITA & SIDDHANTA (BASIC PRINCIPLE OF AYURVEDA), CLASS-I (GAZETTED) (ON CONTRACT BASIS)

        1. No of post : 02
        2. Contractual amount: Rs.14,700/- per month.
        3. Age: Between 18 to 45 years.
        4. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION(s):- (i) Bachelor degree in Ayurveda from a recognized university or Council of Indian System of Medicine established by law or from an Ayurvedic College recognized by the Government. (ii) Post Graduate Degree in particular branch of specialty from any recognized University established by law or the degree recognized by CCIM or H.P. Government; and (iii) Should have studied Sanskrit as one of the subjects in the course of Bachelor Degree in Ayurveda.
        5. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION:- Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh

LAW OFFICER (ENGLISH) CLASS-II (GAZETTED) (ON CONTRACT BASIS):

        1. No. of post(s): 02 posts (UR)
        2. Contractual emoluments: Rs.14700/- per month.
        3. AGE: Between 18 and 45 years.
        4. Essential Qualification:- i) A professional degree in Law from a recognized University or its equivalent. (ii) At least 5 years experience as an Advocate.

        4. Essential Qualification:- MBA with three years diploma in Textile Technology or in Handicrafts products having 5 years experience in supervisory capacity in Handicrafts Organization.

ACCOUNTS OFFICER, CLASS-I (ON CONTRACT BASIS):

        2. Contractual emoluments: Rs.15,300/- per month fixed.
        3. Age: 21 to 40 years.
        4. Essential Qualification:- M.Com with five years experience in commercial accounts.

COMMANDANT / JUNIOR STAFF OFFICER, CLASS-I (GAZETTED) IN THE DEPARTMENT OF HOME GUARDS AND CIVIL DEFENCE:

        1. No. of post(s): 05 posts (04 + 01 backlog post) {General= 04 (On contract basis)} Backlog post:- (ST=01)
        2. Pay Scale Rs.15600-39100/- + Rs.6600/- (G.P.) Fixed contractual amount @ Rs. 22,200/- per month.
        3. AGE: 45 years and below.
        4. Essential Qualification:- 1) Retired / released Army Officer of the Indian Armed Forces of the rank of Captain or above who have served as Commissioned Officer (other than honorary) for a period of at least 3 years. 5 OR Graduate of a recognized university. 2) Five years service as Company Commander in the Home Guards and Civil Defence Organisation.

ASSISTANT TOWN PLANNER, CLASS-I (GAZETTED) (ON CONTRACT BASIS):

        1. No. of post(s): 01 post (General Ward of ExSM i.e. dependent sons, daughters and wives of Ex-Servicemen-General Category)
        2. Pay band Rs.15600-39100 + Rs.5400/- (GP) (Contractual amount will be paid to the contractual appointees)
        3. AGE: 45 years and below.
        4. Essential Qualification:- M. Tech. Degree in Urban/City/ Town/Regional Planning from an University or an Institute duly recognized by the All India Institute of Town Planners, India. Provided that preference will be given to the candidates possessing at least 3 years experience in Urban/ City/ Town/ Regional Planning’s work under any authority constituted under Town & Country Planning Laws or in the Town & Country Planning Department after acquiring the above qualification.
        5. Desirable Qualification:- Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.

EXAMINATION FEES:-

        1. General Category {including General Physically Disabled, i.e. Orthopaedically disabled, Deaf & Dumb, Hearing impaired/ W.F.F. of HP/ ExServicemen of HP relieved from Defence Services on their own request before completion of normal tenure and candidates of other states (including reserved category candidates of other states)} – Rs 400/-
        2. S.C. of H.P. /S.T. of H.P. /O.B.C. of H.P. (including S.C. /S.T. /O.B.C. Ex-Servicemen of H.P. relieved from Defence Services on their own requests before completion of normal tenure) – Rs.100/
        3. Ex-Servicemen of H.P. (Ex-Servicemen, who are relieved from Defence Services after completion of normal tenure) / Blind of H.P./ Visually Impaired of H.P. – No Fee

SELECTION PROCEDURE FOR HIMACHAL PRADESH PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (HPPSC) – ACCOUNTS OFFICER & MORE VACANCIES POST:

        1. Candidates can apply on or before  05/03/2015
        2. Himachal Pradesh Administrative Combined Competitive Examination will consist of three successive stages to complete the selection process

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:-

        2. The candidates must ensure their eligibility in respect of category, experience, age and essential qualification(s) etc. as mentioned against each post in the advertisement to avoid rejection at later stage.
        3. Incomplete Online Recruitment Applications submitted without requisite examination fee, scanned photograph & scanned signatures of prescribed size, will be rejected straightway.
        4.  The benefit of reservation for various post(s) will be admissible only to the candidates, who are bonafide residents of Himachal Pradesh in respect of categories, viz., S.C., S.T., O.B.C., Ex-Servicemen, WFF and Physically Disabled (Orthopaedically Disabled/ Visually Impaired/ Blind / Hearing Impaired / Deaf & Dumb) etc.
        5. The reserved category candidates belonging to other states will be treated as GENERAL CATEGORY CANDIDATES and the benefit of reservation and fee concession will not be admissible to such candidates.
