Candidate Profile:


Qualification Required:

Candidate should possess 10+2+3, Any Graduates, Post Graduates, BE orB. Tech from recognized University or Institute.

Skill Set:

Freshers or experience in customer services/ITES/BPO/Non Voice (email and chat process Preferable).
Very good Typing skills.
Excellent written and spoken English
Knowledge on Basic computer skills & soft skills.

Qualification Required:

Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech from recognized University or Institute.

Skill Set:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.Basic–level technical competence in a Windows/ MAC based evaluation
Must be self-motivated, client-centric, and possess the ability to apply knowledge to resolve issue.
Ability to multi-task
Willing to work in 24/7, rotational shifts.
5 Days Work/week, Rotational week offs
Excellent Verbal Communication/Basic Computer Knowledge

Proficient in Computers (MS Office)
6 – 24 Months of experience as a customer support executive in any International call center,however Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also welcome
Proficient in any of the regional languages such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Gujarati is highly desirable
Self-confident, customer centric, with good retention skills and willing to work in any shift
Compensation best in the Industry
5 days a week with predominantly day shifts
