GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

        1. Internal candidates will be considered with the following relaxations in experience and age – – Total post qualification experience will be relaxed for 2 years and the minimum experience in the lower grade shall be relaxed by 1 year. – Should have residual service of 3 years or more – No Application fee for internal candidates.
        2.  Age will be relaxed for reserved categories as per rules. In case of ex-servicemen the upper age limit will be relaxed to the extent of number of years of service in the armed forces however the resultant age after deducting the period of service from the actual age should not exceed the prescribed age limit by more than 3 years.

        4.  The selected candidate for the post of Asst.Manager (Medical) is required to work in the yard/residential colony in shifts depending on requirement and must reside only in company’s township.

Mere issue of letter for written test or interview will not imply that candidature has been accepted. Verification of Original Certificates will be done only at the time of interview. The candidature of a candidate shall be cancelled at any point of time if the candidate is found not meeting the advertised eligibility criteria.
        10. All original documents such as Degree Certificate, proof of Date of Birth, Caste Certificate, Experience Certificates etc., will be checked at the time of interview. Nonproduction of original documents will debar the candidate from appearing for the interview and in that case no Travel Fare will be reimbursed to such candidates.

        12.  SC/ST candidates should possess valid Certificate in the prescribed format. Candidates from OBC-NCL category should possess certificate in the prescribed format and issued during the year 2014-15.
        13. The selection for the posts of Management Trainee is subject to Written Test & Interview. The written test will be held in Visakhapatnam. It may be noted that Admit Cards for written test will not be sent by post.         15. The candidate selected for Management Trainee post will have to execute a bond to serve the company for a period of 5 years including one year Training period. He will be on Probation for one year on completion of training.

        17. Mere possession of the requisite qualification and experience will not confer any right to be called for interview. However, the Management reserves the right to relax qualifications/experience/age in the case of exceptionally experienced and qualified candidates.
