Position: Tech Support Engineer Role
Education: Any Degree, Diploma
Candidate should possess Anydegree/Diploma in (Electronics) degree from a recognised university
Must know the Addressable Fire Alarm Systems.
Must possess good communications skills in Written, Spoken English & Hindi.
Needs to be proficient in regional Language.
Must be able to resolve cases independently.
Will be responsible for providing Technical Support to the Customers of all Fire Alarm System Brands like Notifier, Morley, Firelite & ESSER Products.
Will be required to handle all Technical Support related issues with all Fire Brands.
Will be involved in Conducting on-site Trainings to customers on all Fire Brands
Will be responsible for day to day Tech Support to ESDs, SIs and Customers.
