Data entry of HR Data in PeopleSoft HRMS application. Resolve Tier 1 & 2 issues and inquiries related to HR Applications, complex issues and inquiries, and exception requests

Address re-opened SRs on-priority , Escalate to higher Tier or Technology team on time, for issue resolution, which is out of scope
Participate actively in Tier Meeting, Team Meetings etc
Contribute to Kaizen culture by identifying opportunities to improve
Adhere to prescribed Standardized Work and support in keeping the documentation up-to-date
Adhere to prescribed Siebel Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Critical to Quality (CTQ) elements
Participate in activities, training programs and events related to Honeywell Operating System (HOS)
Responsible for managing Siebel queues for self- and team members in partnership with the SME
Create a positive customer experience in every interaction.
Adhere to prescribed Standardized Work and support in keeping the documentation up-to-date.
Adhere to prescribed Siebel Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Critical to Quality (CTQ) elements.
Participate in activities, training programs and events related to Honeywell Operating System (HOS)
Escalate issues in a timely manner to the SME so that necessary action can be taken to prevent SLA slippage
Address re-opened SRs on-priority ,Provide Root Cause Analysis and improvement plans for any misses to the adherence to SLA’s
Conduct Internal audits to ensure that there are no data entry defects and if defects are identified, capture and report them in Siebel CRM.
Meets commitments to customers/clients, Develops effective working relationships with customers
Develops realistic plans and timetables for own work , takes cultural and geographic differences into account when conducting own work
Clearly expresses ideas and concepts
Takes responsibility to correct customer problems and concerns
Regularly searches for opportunities to provide better solutions for clients
Shows commitment to team objectives.

Desired Profile
Good communication (Verbal & Written) and demonstrates active listening skills
Basic knowledge of MS-Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint 2007)
Ability to solve problems/issues effectively
Must be flexible working in evening / night shift time zone (3 PM to 12 AM)

Education & Work Experience:
Graduate in any discipline. Engineering graduates need not apply. MBA in HR / Finance / Marketing will be a plus
Candidates with 0-1 year work experience.
