Processing Purchase Orders / Quotes in SAP and other requests related to Order Management sent by the North.
America (US and Canada) Honeywell distributors for ACS ECC products.
Process Credit Card orders and also take authorizations in EC-Zone and follow up with US & India credit teams in case of irregularities.
Meeting the service levels by ensuring that emergency orders are booked well within the service levels for immediateshipment.
A Degree / Graduate with a minimum of 6+ Months of experience.
Good written and spoken communication skills with a customer service process.
Currently working in a similar Backend process.
Minimum typing proficiency of 50 WPM
Customer Service Experience.
Process will work between 8AM-8PM CST M-F.
Basic understanding Six Sigma is an added advantage
