Job Description:


We are currently looking to hire MBA freshers interested in the Business Analyst stream.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding and gathering business requirements and working closely with business users and GB&M IT teams to develop solutions/software to support the above businesses.

Principal Accountabilities:-

Interact with business users to understand, analyse and gather business requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional requirements for Onshore and Offshore IT development teams.
Help coordinate User Acceptance Testing and Sign-off
Ensure offshore teams have understood and can deliver to meet the business requirements
Interact with business and IT project stakeholders regularly and ensure that technology solutions meet the business needs.
Understand complexities and dependencies of the technology platforms and assess the risk and issues
Functional testing

Candidate Profile:

Understanding of Financial markets and various Security types
Basic understating of business analysis processes and practices.
Knowledge of IT-oriented projects, user’s requirements, testing and delivery.
Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
Strong commercial focus – sensitive to business needs and is solution orientated
High standard of written and oral communication and strong presentation skills
Willingness to engage with business users and key IT stakeholders outside of direct area of responsibility and manage expectations.
Excellent time management and prioritisation of work tasks.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability
