As an Executive- Recruitment with HyperQuality, you’ll be responsible for talent acquisition for the organization as per agreed upon SLAs.
Key Role Deliverable:
Understand role requirements and implement varied sourcing strategies to generate applicant base.
Sourcing profiles from Job portals, screening candidates, conduct walk-in interviews.
Plan and schedule candidates for the selection process and also coordinate the interview with the respective department/OPS.
Administer selection tests and conduct personal interviews as per pre-defined process.
Rolling out offer letter, following up with the candidates till joining process.
Maintain database of applicants, maintain daily and weekly hiring reports.
Work on other projects such as joining formalities, helping Employee relations in various activities specified by HR Manager.
Report to HR Manager as per set metrics.
Basic Job Requirements:
Positively aggressive and target oriented.
Excellent networking skills and interpersonal skills.
0 to 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Executive in BPO or Job Placement Consultancy.
Excellent communication Skills, both written & oral.
Should be a graduate, MBA in HR would be given preference.
