Finance & Accounting (F&A) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) provide the following services to the Customers supporting their organization in the areas of financial outsourcing and Vendor Management.

Sourcing and Supplier Management Procure to Pay Order to cash Record to Report Financial Planning and Analysis F&A operates from six locations across Bangalore, Chennai and Gurgaon.

Job role:-

A Finance & Administration Team Leader is responsible for all processes related tasks ensuring that the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved within agreed budget.
They manage and control a broad range of operational and analysis areas within their responsible parts of the client contract.
They are responsible as people managers to manage staff performing the processes, including their development and availability.
In addition they are responsible for new scope changes and to create new business opportunities.
They independently analyze and interpret financial and accounting standards and practices and ensure compliance.
Need to adhere the timelines of the activities to be performed. People Handling Skills.
Must be able to manage resources across the team effectively and ensure all SLAs are met.
This individual must become knowledgeable of the business model and how the BSO supports it.
Additionally, must be able to handle the people issues that arise, ensure a stable and collaborable environment, and create a succession plan to help team members progress in their careers within the account.
Responsibility:- – – Manage the new hires selection processes – People Handling Skills.
Must be able to manage resources across the team effectively and ensure all SLAs are met.
– Team Player to support and stretch shift in needs. – R2R Knowledge like GL, Treasury, and month close process.
