Job Description:


Handling HO Administration including facilities (Housekeeping, Security, Parking, Infrastructure, Seating Arrangement / Space Allocation, Repair & Maintenance, Procurement, Handling the Canteen Software, Attendance Software, Biometric Machine, Asset Verification & Records, etc.
Identification of new vendors and negotiation with the vendors
Verifying accuracy of billing related to own work areas and coordinating for payment release
Preparation of work area related reports, Rate Contracts, etc.
Oracle related activites Vendor Activation, PO Release, PO Receipting, etc.
Any support required for branch related Administration and any other activities assigned from time to time
