Systems Administrator & More Vacancies

 

Call for Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer, Senior Administrative Officer, Systems Administrator, Accounts Officer and Office Assistant/Junior Superintendent

 

Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer

  1. (Pay band Rs.15600-39100 & Grade pay Rs.6600)
  2. Mode of Appointment: Regular/Contract/Deputation Good candidates may be considered for a Regular position. Applicants interested to be considered on deputation may also apply. Candidates can be considered for contract position as well. If appointed regular, probation norms will apply. If appointed on contract, a fixed consolidated salary commensurate with Pay Band and Grade Pay may be applicable.
  3. Qualification: B.Com (under 10+2+3 scheme) with CA/ICWS/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Consistently good academic record is required. MBA is an added advantage.
  4. Experience: Minimum 7 years (5 years for SC/ST) of post-qualification officer level experience in finance and accounts of a government department or public sector/autonomous academic/research institution/commercial organization of national/international repute, with at least 3 years in the immediate lower Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- or equivalent in the Pay Band or equivalent of Rs.9300-34800 (pre-revised scale of Rs.8000-13500) (or in higher scale). Applicants having experience in running finance and accounts office of large educational institutions will have an advantage. Sound practical exposure to advanced computer applications in the management of finance and accounts is desirable. A successful applicant is expected to independently manage the Finance and Accounts Office and advise the Director on managing funds. Good communication skill in English is essential.
  5. Age: Not below 35 years but not exceeding 50 years (55 for SC/ST) as on the last date for receiving application. In the case of candidates on deputation, age can be up to 55 years.
  6. Functions: Overall in-charge of Finance and Accounts Office and is responsible for maintenance of accounts, disbursement, investment, statutory auditing, preparing budget estimates, and tax and other statutory requirements. Reports to Director.

Senior Administrative Officer

  1. (Pay band Rs.15600-39100 & Grade pay Rs.6600)
  2. Mode of Appointment: Regular/Contract/Deputation Good candidates may be considered for a Regular position. Applicants interested to be considered on deputation may also apply. Candidates can be considered for contract position as well. If appointed regular, probation norms will apply. If appointed on contract, a fixed consolidated salary commensurate with Pay Band and Grade Pay may be applicable.
  3. Qualification: Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management/Public Administration (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) in any subject from a reputed institution, with consistently good academic record.
  4. Experience: Minimum 10 years (6 years for SC/ST) of post-qualification administrative experience in a Government department or academic/research institution/commercial organization of national/international repute, with at least 3 years in the Grade Pay or equivalent of Rs.5400/- in the Pay Band or equivalent of Rs.15600-39100 (pre-revised scale of Rs.9000-275-9550) (or in higher scale). Preference will be given to applicants having experience in similar position. Should have good knowledge of Government rules and regulations related to administration such as project, purchase, personnel and legal. Excellent communication skills in English and good working knowledge of computer applications is essential.
  5. Age: Not below 40 years but not exceeding 50 years (55 for SC/ST) as on the last date for receiving application. In the case of candidates on deputation, age can be up to 55 years.
  6. Functions: Assisting for planning and implementing activities related to administration in terms of existing and upcoming facilities of the Institute. In-charge of administration and facilitates for smooth functioning of the Institute. Provides support to faculty in academic activities. Functions with operational guidance of Chief Administrative Officer and reports to him.

Systems Administrator

  2. Mode of Appointment: Regular/Contract/Deputation
  3. Good candidates may be considered for a Regular position. Applicants interested to be considered on deputation may also apply. Candidates can be considered for contract position as well. If appointed regular, probation norms will apply. If appointed on contract, a fixed consolidated salary commensurate with Pay Band and Grade Pay may be applicable.
  4. Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (under 10+2+4 scheme) or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering with specialization in Computers or other equivalent specializations or (under 10+2+3+2 scheme) MCA or M.Sc. in Computer science. Good academic record is required.
  5. Experience: Minimum 10 years (6 years for SC/ST) (excluding apprenticeship or training period) of relevant post-qualification experience in maintaining and supporting IT equipments including servers, LAN, Internet and Intranet for at least 100 users, in a Government department or Public Sector/Autonomous academic/research institution/commercial organization of national/international repute, with atleast 2 years in the relevant position having a Grade Pay or equivalent of atleast 4800/- or Rs. 4,600/- in the Pay Band of Rs.9300-34800 (pre-revised scale of Rs. 6500-10500) or equivalent. Thorough knowledge of Windows, Computer hardware & software (Desktop/Laptop), networking of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, troubleshooting, configuration of network equipments (like switch and access points). Thorough knowledge of software development using C/C++/Visual basic/Java and other Programming language, application packages under Unix and WINDOWS environment databases like Oracle etc. is essential. Good communication skill in English is essential.
  6. Age: Not below 35 years and not exceeding 45 years (50 for SC/ST) as on the last date for receiving application. In the case of candidates on deputation, age can be up to 50 years.
  7. Functions: Responsible for handling functions of the IT Resources Center of the Institute. Maintaining Computers and its peripherals, Servers, LAN/WAN, Internet, Intranet, Wi-Fi equipments, Video Conferencing equipments, Biometric Systems, Audio Video equipments, Backup of hardware and software’s, Upgradation of hardware and softwares, adherence to software licensing laws, etc. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the IT Systems and electronic data processing (EDP). Evaluates the user needs, provides support including managing crisis situations including complex hardware and software problems. Prepare and control the ITRC budgets and expenditures. Reports to Director.

Accounts Officer

  1. Mode of Appointment: Ad hoc position, Contract for one year to two years on a fixed monthly salary of Rs. 37,000/-.
  2. Qualification: M.Com. with B.Com (under 10+2+3/4 scheme). Consistently good academic record is required. MBA is an added advantage. Sound knowledge in finance and accounts.
  3. Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in finance and accounts in a large organisation. Experience in a government department or public sector or an autonomous academic/research institution of national/international repute. Applicants should have flair for serving educational institution will be an advantage. Sound practical knowledge of advanced computer applications in the management of finance and accounts is desirable. Good communication skill in English is essential.

  5. Functions: Supporting the management of accounts. A successful applicant should be able to work in a computerized accounting environment and in various accounting and financial functions such as maintenance of accounts, processing of bills, handling of cash, budgeting, investments, and auditing; should have good skills in dealing with users of accounts service.

  2. Mode of Appointment: Regular/Contract/Deputation Good candidates may be considered for a Regular position. Applicants interested to be considered on deputation may also apply. Candidates can be considered for contract position as well. If appointed regular, probation norms will apply. If appointed on contract, a fixed consolidated salary commensurate with Pay Band and Grade Pay may be applicable.The designation of Junior Superintendent may be considered in the case of suitable candidates having relevant/similar work experience in similar national institutions. Any future vacancies of similar nature arising in the next one year may also be filled up using the waiting list, if any, recommended by the selection panel.
  3. Qualification: Post-Graduate degree or Diploma (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) in any subject from a reputed institution. MBA is an added advantage. Consistently good academic record is required.
  4. Experience: Minimum 5 years (3 years for SC/ST) of post-qualification experience in a similar position/profile in government or academic/research/commercial organization of repute, with at least 2 years in the lower Grade Pay or equivalent of Rs.2400 /- or 2800/- in the Pay Band or equivalent of Rs. 5200-20200 (pre-revised scale of Rs. 4500-7000) (or in higher scale). Should have excellent communication skills in English. Good working knowledge of computer applications is essential.
  5. Age: Not exceeding 35 years (40 for SC/ST) as on the last date for receiving application. In the case of candidates on deputation, age can be up to 40 years.
  6. Functions: To perform secretarial and related functions, assist/perform in areas of academic and administrative activities including Post-Graduate Programmes in Management, Executive Post-Graduate Programme in management, Fellow Programme in Management, Integrated Programme in Management, Management Development Programmes, Accounts, Admissions, Hostel and Student Affairs, Personnel, Placement, Research and Publications and Stores & Purchase, etc. Reports to respective department head/Administrative Officer or as assigned.
