About Naukri FastForward:

Naukri FastForward is the candidate service arm of Naukri.com .

It offers specialized services like, Resume writing, Recruiter connection to jobseekers across profiles to complement their job search journey and speedup the process.

About the role:

The role is focused towards generating revenue for the company by marketing / selling products to customers. It also involves maintaining client relationships with the existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Making enhanced outbound calls ( Appx 60-70 calls) on leads provided by the company
Reaching out to new customers and explaining them the benefits of products of Naukri FastForward
Analyzing customer’s requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs
Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients
Creating database of existing and new clients
Understanding and managing personal performance on daily basis
Adhering to quality standards

 

Candidate Profile:

 

Education-
UG: B.A – Any Specialization, BCA – Computers, B.B.A – Management, B.Com – Commerce, BHM – Hotel Management, B.Sc – Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization, Other Graduate
PG:Any Postgraduate – Any Specialization
Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required
Graduates/Post Graduates with 0 to 3 yrs of Exp in Sales/business development/recruitment
Must have excellent Spoken & written communication skills in English
