Graduate in any technology discipline with MCSE / CCNA or relevant experience
Knowledge in Linux OS
Installation and commissioning of Windows Desktop & Server OS
Monitoring of IT Help desk queries and timely reporting
Documentation and record management
Required to setup various OS platform like Apple Macintosh, Windows, Windows Servers, Linux flavors
Trouble shooting of various issues
Able to independently handle the technical task
To manage help desk and ticket flow control with SLA
Support IT asset management
Effective co-ordination with team
Contribute to achieve Continual improvement for IT operations
Address & Resolve Data and Voice related queries
