Detail Of Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology (IDBRT) Administrative Executives Recruitment:

IDRBT, established by the Reserve Bank of India, is the premier Institute of Banking Technology. The Institute spearheads efforts in providing state-of-the-art technologies for the Banking and Financial Sector by interfacing Research and Development, Academics, Executive Education, Practice and Consultancy. The Institute invites applications from dynamic candidates for the following Two Administrative Positions:

POSITION – 1: ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE:

  1. No. of Position: One
  2. Qualification: Masters Degree in Library Science / Information Science with a minimum of 60% marks or its equivalent with a consistently good academic record. Candidates with also a diploma in Information Technology / Computer Applications would be preferred.
  3. Experience: A minimum of three years of post-qualification professional experience in a reputed research / academic institution with strong orientation and knowledge of contemporary information management / digital library practices with hands-on experience in: Managing Library and Information Services and handling contemporary open access repositories  Maintaining modern online indexing and interoperable institutional repositories. Developing and maintaining platforms such as DSpace, Koha, EPrints, Libcat, etc., modern dynamic Websites and Intranets. Database user interface and query, information retrieval or search, content management and editing. Supporting research / academic activities by providing latest information / publications and liasing with online subscription services providers. Procurement and processing of books and periodicals, cataloguing, acquisition, circulation, supervision of special collections / library material. Innovative and Best practices in e-library management and various day-to-day administrative works. The candidate needs to be tech-savvy and have very good administrative acumen. The candidate needs to have excellent communication and writing skills and the ability to work cordially in a team. The candidate should be able to adapt to the changing requirements of the Institute and be a quick learner to take up various roles and responsibilities as per the evolving institutional requirements.
  4. Type of Position: a. This is a contractual position for a period of three years. b. The performance of the selected candidate would be reviewed prior to the completion of the three-year contract term in the Institute and if the performance of the candidate is found to be continuously excellent, the Institute may consider offering the position of Administrative Executive on a regular basis to the candidate. c. If the performance of the selected candidate is not found to be continuously excellent, the contract would stand terminated on completion of the three-year term. d. This position is open for candidates of all categories.
  5. Compensation: a. During contract period: All-inclusive consolidated compensation of Rs. 35,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand only) per month. The Institute may consider providing accommodation in the Institute’s quarters in Begumpet, if required. b. If offered a regular position after three years: Pay Band 2 of Rs 9300- 34800 and Grade Pay of Rs 4600 with a Starting Pay of Rs 9300 and other eligible facilities. v. Age Limit: Not Above 35 years as on June 30, 2015.

POSITION – 2: ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE :

  1. No. of Position: One
  2. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks or its equivalent with a consistently good academic record. Candidates with also a diploma in Electrical Engineering would be preferred.
  3. Experience: A minimum of three years of post-qualification professional experience in a reputed organization with hands-on experience in: Execution, supervision and coordination of large civil construction work Maintenance / Interior Works of modern office buildings / residential complexes Planning, Estimating, Tendering, Contract Management of multi- storied buildings for Civil / Electrical works Structural Design, Structural Drawings, Detailing and Computer Aided Design Supervising various areas of Facilities Management including Housekeeping, Gardening, Civil Works, Electrical Works, Sanitation, Plumbing, Carpentry, Campus Cleanliness and Upkeep, Air-Conditioning, Power Supply, Fire Safety, Telephone Connectivity, Security, etc. Coordinating with various facilities-related service providers, design consultants, contractors, and liaisoning with various government bodies Project Management and carrying out day-to-day administrative works. The candidate needs to be tech-savvy, be well-versed with modern Campus / Building Management practices, and have very good administrative acumen. The candidate needs to have excellent communication and writing skills and the ability to work cordially in a team. The candidate should be able to adapt to the changing requirements of the Institute and be a quick learner to take up various roles and responsibilities as per the evolving institutional requirements.
  4.
