How To Apply For Director & More Vacancies Vacancy in Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (JERC):

  2. The appointment on deputation on foreign services terms shall be made initially for a period of three years. Extension beyond this period would be considered in consultation with Central Government.
  3. Relaxation in public interest be considered by the Competent Authority in deserving cases.
  4. Persons appointed to JERC shall be governed by the general terms and conditions laid down in Regulation No. JERC 02/2009 – Recruitment, Control and Service Conditions of Officers & Staff Regulations, 2009.
  5. Copy of all the regulations mentioned above are available on the JERC website. The age of the candidate should not exceed 56 years as on 01-04-2015
  6.
