Job Description:


Functional Job Title: Advisor (Email Correspondence):
Position Summary :
The department works on service requests from customers through emails. As an Email Customer Service Specialist, you are expected to do a thorough research of the customers request & resolve their stated & unstated needs creating a positive experience for the customer.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Research, gather information using available resources and resolve Customer inquires which come through Email.

Adherence to SOPs, quality, productivity, policies and compliance guidelines & standards

Draft emails resolving and responding to Customers inquiry

Adherence to daily schedules & leave management

Work would involve handling dynamic queues with different procedures

Ability to work well with a diverse team of high performing individuals

Flexible to work in rotational shifts.

Identify and escalate priority issues.

Qualification and Experience:
0-3 years related experience in a call center / customer service / back – office / hospitality industry or environment

Excellent communication skills both written and spoken

Good keyboard skills

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint Excellent spoken and written (drafting emails) communication skills
