General Conditions:

    1. The positions carry benefits like DA, HRA, Gratuity, EPF and other perquisites like medical reimbursement for self and dependents, membership in welfare scheme, subsidized canteen facility, leave encashment facility etc. as applicable for respective category of employees in the Company.
    2. Age for the selection will be calculated as on the 1st day of January of the year in which the notification for the selection is published.
    3. Only post qualification experience will be considered for all the above mentioned posts.
    4. The required post qualification experience should be acquired on or before the last date stipulated for the receipt of the application. Qualifications should be from approved institutions.
    5. The selection process will be based on academic qualification and experience and will also include written test/skill test (wherever required), group discussion and/or interview as may be decided depending on the total number of eligible applicants. Selection process will be held at Trivandrum.
    6. Documents to prove Qualification, Age, Community, Experience etc. have to be produced as and when called for. SC/ST candidates have to produce caste certificate and OBC candidates have to produce valid Non-Creamy Layer Certificate at the time of certificate verification. Candidates are required to produce equivalency certificate wherever applicable to prove their academic eligibility for the selection process.
    7. Age relaxation will be applicable to eligible candidates as per rules.
    8. Communal Reservation as per PSC rules will be applicable.
    9. Selected candidates should be ready to serve anywhere in India.
    10. Probation / Training period :
    11. There will be a probation period of six months from the date of joining.
    12. For Engineer Trainee – there will be a training period of one year from the date of joining and on successful completion of the training period, there will be a probation period of another six months.
    13. The Management reserves its right to extend the Probation / Training for a like period at its sole discretion.
    14. In case of false or insufficient information/lack of proof to ascertain the eligibility of the applicant, their candidature will summarily be rejected at any stage of the selection process.
    15. Candidates from PSU/Government/Quasi Government should produce ‘No Objection Certificate’ at the time of interview.
