General Conditions:

    1. The appointment is on regular basis. This notification is for NCA vacancies and candidates from the above specified communities only need apply.
    2. The positions carry benefits like DA, HRA and other perquisites as applicable for respective category of employees in the Company.
    3. Only online applications will be accepted. Candidates applying for more than one post should submit separate application for each post.
    4. Age for the selection will be calculated as on the 1st day of January of the year in which the notification for the selection is published.
    5. The prescribed qualification should be acquired on or before the last date stipulated for the receipt of the application. Qualifications should be from approved institutions.
    6. The selection process will be based on academic qualifications and experience and will also include written test, group discussion and/or interview as may be decided depending on the total number of eligible applicants.
    7. Documents to prove Qualification, Age, Community, Experience etc. have to be produced as and when called for. SC/ST candidates have to produce caste certificate and OBC candidates have to produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificate at the time of certificate verification.
    8. No TA/DA will be paid for attending test/interview.
    9. Selected candidates should be ready to serve anywhere in India.
    10. Upper age limit is 45 years for Senior Officer and 40 years for Officer with relaxation of 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
    11. In case of false or insufficient information/lack of proof to ascertain the eligibility of the applicant, their candidature will summarily be rejected at any stage of the selection process.
    12. Candidates from PSU/Government/Quasi Government should produce ‘No Objection Certificate’ at the time of interview.
    13. Depending upon qualifications, experience and performance in the interview, the selected candidates will be placed suitably in the grade – E3 with pay scale 9900 – 230 – 11050 – 250 – 12550 – 290 -14580 – 330 – 17880 for Senior Officers and E2 with pay scale 8890 – 215 – 9965 – 230 – 11345 – 250 – 13095 – 290 – 15995 for Officers.
    14. The scale of pay is under revision and CTC at the minimum of the present scale (per month) is Rs. 45,882/- for E3 and Rs. 41,666/- for E2.
    15. Mere submission of applications shall not give the candidates any right to be called for interview/ selection. Call letters and intimations connected with this recruitment will be sent to shortlisted candidates by e-mail only. Applicants should ensure that the e-mail id given in theonline application is maintained active. Applicants are also advised to check the inbox and spam folder of the e-mail id at regular intervals.     17. Management reserves the right to relax age and experience in case of deserving/exceptional candidates and also in the absence of sufficient number of suitable candidates with required experience.
    18. Exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates could be considered for higher start in basic pay in the selected pay scale.
    19. Communal Reservation as per Rules will be applicable.
    20. Management reserves the right to change the venue of test/interview, to cancel this notification and/or to limit the appointment to certain area.
    21. The decision of the Managing Director will be final in all matters relating to this recruitment.
    22. Any type of canvassing will automatically lead to disqualification and no further correspondence shall be entertained after disqualification.
