Chief Financial Officer/General Manager (Accounts):

  1. Qualification : Post-Graduation with CA. Should have atleast 15 years’ experience in Balance Sheet  Management, Taxation, Corporate Budgeting and Financial control with 5 years’  experience in the rank of AGM/DGM. Thorough knowledge of the regulatory environment under RBI, SEBI, Companies Act provisions, statutory compliance, Income Tax and appellate tribunal is essential.
  2. Job Description: Financial Planning and Strategy, Managing Profitability, Strategic  Planning, Vision, Quality Management, Promoting Process Improvement, Forecasting,  Corporate Finance, Financial Skills, Dealing with Complexity, Developing Budget,  monitoring and control.
  3. Age: 40-50 years Location: Chennai

 

Deputy Chief Financial Officer/Deputy General Manager (Accounts):

  1. Qualification : Post-Graduation with CA. Should have atleast 15 years’ experience in Balance Sheet Management, Taxation and Accounting with 5 years’ experience in the rank of CM/AGM.  Thorough knowledge of the regulatory environment under RBI, SEBI, Companies Act  provisions, and statutory compliance is essential.
  2. Job Description: Providing financial projections and accounting services, Preparing growth plans, Supervise and coordinate the staff of the department, attending Income Tax & appellate Tribunal cases and handling Service Tax matters.
  3. Age: 40-45 years Location: Chennai
