Eligibility Criteria:


Shall be a part of the Medical Services team.
Continually updates and maintains scientific and medical knowledge that supports the company’s research products, by reading the scientific literature available, attending national scientific meetings, and by conducting data gathering activities
Support Department of Clinical Research in investigator and site identification & selection and capability assessment. Support with opinion leaders, feasibility studies, attend and contribute to investigator meetings.
Liaison with regulatory authorities (DCGI, MCI, or any other relevant Authority) to seek approvals etc or develop and deploy programs of scientific relevance.
Collaborates with field forces & marketing team to collect market intelligence and share competitive information in order to create synergy and identify opportunities to maximize business results.
Field work / travel along with sales /marketing team as per the business requirement.
Organizing and conducting Training for the field staff for Imparting Medical and product knowledge.
Handling and responding to Scientific Queries
Conducting new Product launches and cycle meetings in different zones.
Providing medical inputs to Brand marketing.
Conducting Medico Marketing and CME Meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile
The incumbent should have prior experience in Pharmaceutical Organization. / Fresher from a premier Medical Institute
Should have in-depth medical knowledge, basic understanding of Clinical Trials in India
Should be well versed with internet browsing for medical references.
Should have basic understanding of Microsoft Power-point / Excel
Interpersonal Effectiveness, including Ability to function with cross functional teams.
Communication and presentation skills.
Independent initiative and, ability to network and build relationships
