Job Description:

  1. Monitoring the implementation & operation of defined controls and recommendations on an ongoing basis via client Team
  2. Support all Project & Operations as Level 1 support
  3. Understand operator’s working guidelines, technology, framework etc
  4. Make policy changes as per guidelines given by Client
  5. Patch updating and signature pattern updating required for firewall / IDS
  6. Password Policy Enforcement & Server and Database hardening
  7. Application of Security patches for OS / DB and other Applications Rigorous
  8. Change Management with respect changes to App

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Candidates should possess B.E/ B.Tech/MCA from a recognized university
  2. Strong written/verbal communication skills
  3. Positive and flexible attitude
  4. Ability to think clearly, identify risks, anticipate eventualities and resolve problems
  5. Ability to understand and comply with business processes and procedures
  6. Good team player
  7. Ability to complete tasks within agreed budget, timeframe and quality requirements
  8. Ability to produce and monitor effective plans and take responsibility for achieving them – by co-coordinating resources, expediting progress and escalating problem issues
  9. Excellent working familiarity with NMS tools , Ticketing tools and MS Excel
  10. A Self starter – must be productive with minimal direction
  11. Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical, cross-functional environment
  12. Good presentation and communication skills.
