No. of Post/ Designation/ Grade : 01 (one) Sr. Manager (Safety) E5 grade

      1. Qualification Candidates should have full time B.E./ B. Tech (Mechanical/ Electrical) Degree from a recognized Institute (AICTE/ UGC approved) with One year Diploma in Industrial Safety from Regional/ Central Labour Institute. Experience as on 31.12.2014 : Minimum 18 years experience in the relevant field
      2. Scale of pay : `43200-3%-66000/- Remuneration & Perks : In addition to Pay and DA (IDA pattern), he/she will be eligible for subsidized accommodation, if available (or HRA in lieu thereof), and Perks and allowances as admissible under ‘Cafeteria Approach’, Performance related pay, other benefits like PF, Gratuity, medical facilities for self and family, leave/ leave encashment as per Company’s rules.

Preference will be given to candidate who have completed at least one green building project design (minimum Griha rated 3/ Gold rated as per LEED), with participation/ award in design competition. Preference will be given to candidate who have designed project from Sketch up to Commissioning at National/ International Level and should have also handled Large Architectural Project independently from concept to commissioning with knowledge of latest Architectural software for preparation of 3D / Walkthrough. Experience as on 31.12.2014 : Candidate should have post qualification relevant experience of 15 years for induction as in E4 grade and 18 years for induction in E5 grade. In case of candidates working in PSUs, current grade should not be below E3 for induction in E4 grade and current grade should not be below E4 for induction in E5 grade.
